What the heck is going on?!?! This should be the Hooters in Phoenix! I followed the GPS directions exactly. Distracted, he'd entered into the GPS "Hoopers," a tiny town in Northern Utah. Prepare for the usual internecine conflict. To be continued.

There were a tiny handful of filthy rich feudal lords, and a huge mass of poor peasants who were too ignorant to see what was going on. What? No, I didn't really want to learn anything, I was just calling you "old." Let's try that again ... How did the sky over your house look after than asteroid wiped out all the dinosaurs? Caption: Great news! Scientists have cured many, many diseases! They've used new discoveries and innovative techniques to cure inherited liver disease … to cure cardiac disease caused by a formerly fatal genetic disorder … to cure all forms of cancer with no side effects ... and to totally reverse the aging process ... in mice. Oh COME ON!!! When will all this be applicable to humans, Chuck? We asked a scientist, but he just glanced at a tiny hole in the wall and said "Shhh ... there are ears everywhere."

Caption: Rudy, how's that print order coming? What print order? The "House of Java" flags I asked you to have printed. You were serious? Of course. Britain exiting the European Union was just the first domino to fall. Spain might be next , then Finland, then Foreignvania and all the other Anias. And that's just for starters. It's going to spread. My sources tell me the Maldives will be next to split up. Each coral atoll will become a separate and distinct Maldo. "Maldo"? From there the contagion will spread to Australia, which will become a collection of separate city states, some run by man, some run by marsupials. My calculations show it'll eventually spread to North America, where we'll disintegrate into thousands of tiny fiefdoms ruled by whoever is first to plant a flag. Are you sure you didn't forget to carry the "one"?

Caption: In the eighties, Americans knew how to be Americans. Big cars. Big radios. Big hair. Everything was big. Unfortunately, I was so buff that all my huge stuff looked tiny in comparison. So I would loan my stuff to the skinniest, wimpiest kid I could find. Hold this. Let me reminisce vicariously through you. (Sigh) Those were the days. Is it working?

Caption: I watched the transit of Mercury online. Mercury is amazingly underrated as far as planets go. The sun is a big, bad ball of super-hot gas that can incinerate anything. It's been breathing right down Mercury's neck for billions of years. But that tiny planet just keeps brushing it off and running circles around it. That miniscule world laughs in the face of a star. It reminded me of you and me, Mrs. Gasbag. When the sun gets fed up with it all, Mercury will be the first planet it swallows.

Caption: Wanna come over and watch the big game? No can do, little buddy. Baseball is a gentleman's sport where they tap a tiny ball and then trot around. I don't consider any game a "big game" unless there's a chance one player could accidentally squeeze another player's spine out of his nose like toothpaste from a tube. Beach volleyball is also watchable. I was actually talking about the new "Pac-Man Vs. Superman" X-Box game.

Caption: Breaking news! The Brazilian Zika virus is spreading explosively! Experts say it could be a bigger global health threat that Ebola! Most people infected with the disease won't feel any symptoms at all and those who do will probably just think it's a minor cold, experts say. Of course, if you're pregnant or may get pregnant, the virus may give your child a tiny microcephalic head. Otherwise no biggee. Wait ... what? Experts say concern over this calamitous virus is overblown. This is really no big deal at all. MAKE UP YOUR MINDS!!! Experts say this mostly innocuous virus could ravage the entire globe.
