I think I can dispense with asking Why have you come to therapy. Make sure you skip all the boring questions, I don't want to lose viewers.

Caption: This is Facebook. Mark Zuckerberg speaking. Hi. I'm publishing a story tomorrow about how you were letting companies like Netflix and Spotify read private messages. Do you admit that you did that? Facebook's partners don't get to ignore people's privacy settings, and it's wrong to suggest that they do. It's a yes or no question. We are focused on developing clearer policies.

Caption: This is probably the last snow of the year, Clyde. For all we know, it could be the last snow ever. Want to go out and make snowmen like we used to? Nah, bruh. You wanna know why" … 'Cause I'm a grown-@#$ man. Let the memory show the only reason I didn't get dressed and trudge out into subzero weather to dig my hands in the snow is 'cause you ruined it. Why I feel like I been set up?

Caption: Someday we'll develop a telescope powerful enough to see other worlds. That's setting ourselves up for heartache. You know what I mean? No. But I bet you'll geeksplain it to me. Imagine we fall in love with a cute alien panda-bunny we see bouncing through trees on a planet that's 500 light years away. That means we're seeing what it did 500 years ago, That means it's dead now. See? You did it. You owe me $2. That's not how bets work. I bet it is.

Caption: My uncle keeps sending me crazy, paranoid conspiracy theories he hears on Youtube. Dr. Noodle. It all started a few years ago when he sent me an email about how the victims of the Hindenburg crash were all crisis actors. These same victims died on the Titanic! He wrote. Then he told me President Obama was setting up Femur Camps, where he'd be letting the Illuminati harvest our femur bones for voodoo incantations to turn all our frogs into insomniacs. When I asked him why on earth would anyone want to do that? he said I had been brainwashed by the cabal that runs both the fake news and the pepperoni industries. So I replied why would they waste their time brainwashing me? What would they gain from that? Does your uncle have a hobby? Get him to refer uncle!!! $$$$$$$ ... because it's possible that you're his hobby. He said they've brainwashed me into thinking there's nothing to gain from brainwashing me.

Caption: So how'd Canada go, Lemont? How'd it go when you and "Vancouver" saw each other for the first time in a year? It went horribly. When she opened the door, it was fireworks all over again. The evening was pure magic. The next few days were even better. That does sound horrible. It was as if the great author in the sky were setting me up for a soul-crushing plot twist.

Caption: Dick Fink, come in. You know how we handle all the ads for the Candorville Press, the book publisher? They just showed me a manuscript for a novel set at an ad agency. The villain is an evil shrew named Supan Garpia. Did you write that book, Dick? Advertising executive of the year 2016. Absolutely not, Ms. Garcia. Although I must say, it sounds amazing. I would love to read that story. The author's pen name is "Rick Rink." Sounds like a guy who's going places.

Caption: Harrison Ford gonna play Indiana Jones again. He gonna be 77 years old. That mean the movie gonna have to be set in the 1980s. They already done found everything by the eighties. What there was for an archaeologist to do in the eighties? I'll tell you what: In 1984, archaeologists found a sunk slave ship called the "Whydah Gally." The '80s story I'm picturin' got it all: jheri curls, leg warmers, an' 200 ticked off slave ghosts bent on revenge. That's ... wait, I'd watch the heck out of that.

Caption: Anyone who thinks we ever really went to the moon is a complete idiot. Youtube has tons of videos on this. Humans couldn't possibly have survived a trip through the Van Allen Radiation Belt. That's proof it was all a conspiracy. Not true. According to Dr. Van Allen himself, the notion that radiation should've killed those astronauts is "nonsense." Well how come we can't see the astronauts' footprints? That's proof it was all a conspiracy. Not true. Other countries have snapped pictures of the landing sites, and just a few years ago the lunar reconnaissance orbiter took photos of the footprints. There were no stars in the old films. That's proof it was all a conspiracy. The exposure settings were calibrated to get good shots of the extremely bright lunar surface. They couldn't do that and capture the relatively dim stars at the same time. You moon-landing-ists have an answer for everything. That's proof it was all a conspiracy. Thousands of people could never keep a secret that big for 46 years! That's what they want you to think.

Caption: No, I'd rather not watch "Game of Thrones" with you. How can you watch all that stuff on HBO? It’s all just the same show in different settings. A half-dozen characters butchering and betraying each other, an innocent one who gets corrupted, and butt-naked women. The last thing you said sort of made me forget all the other stuff you said. Never mind.

Caption: Anderson Cooper's Battle Journal, Day 18: This was the end of the river all right. Welcome to Starbucks at the end of the world. Where that which was cast away, and shunned and abandoned by man can grab a vanilla latte and free Wi-Fi. Y'know. That last part kind of ruins the whole "spooky supernatural setting" thing. ...The mist is good, though. That's not mist, that's pollution. Asia's a boomtown now.

Caption: What have I done? What you had to do. What you always do… …Turn death into a fighting chance to live. Yeah! Now that's what I'm talkin' 'bout. Huh? Oh. Sorry, don’t' mind me. I'm you 24 years from now. I just thought I'd travel back to a time when our dreams were exciting. In the future, we only dream about boring stuff like taxes, overdue bills, receding hairlines... NOOOOO!!! Search your feelings... You know it to be true.

Caption: Y'know the worst part of Christmas? Not knowing if people are gonna like the gifts you give 'em. Let's say that - hypothetically speaking - some thoughtful friend were to spare you that anxiety by setting up a wish list on amazoble.com. That way, you could go to your friend's website and find out exactly what she (or he) wants, ranked in order of preference. Amazoble will wrap your order, write a card and deliver it. Just a few clicks, you're done. You wouldn't waste time thinking about what your friend would want, and she'd get that "Dirty Girls Social Club" novel when wanted. it's a win-win. If hypothetically, that's what's on her - or his - wish list. I'm not too sure I like this century.

Caption: Y'know, you can't just set a mousetrap and expect to catch a mouse. Mice are suspicious creatures. You need to leave the trap there for a couple weeks without setting it, so the mouse gets comfortable around it. First you lull it into false confidence. Then you spring the trap. Y'know what I'm saying? That you need to move to a better apartment?
