Caption: Win-win. Whenever I hear that from you, I want to hide under the counter. New research shows the only proven way to prolong life is caloric restriction. Eat less, live longer. Introducing our new breakfast meal plan: The Fountain of Youth. You get half a muffin and half a glass of water. Sounds meager. Exactly. That's why we're charging $16. But a full muffin only costs $4. And it won't prolong your life. Can you even put a price on immortality? How much should we charge for an empty plate of air? Priceless.

Caption: Rudy, would you mind ordering your uncle his usual oatmeal? Why can't you just order it? Because I don't want to be stereotyped as the old guy who always orders oatmeal. In my day, I ate a wide variety of foods. Every day it was something new and adventurous. It's not fair that I be judged only on what I eat in my golden years. You order the oatmeal, I'll order the Cream of Wheat, and we'll switch when no one's looking. Too adventurous for me.

Caption: Three years ago during a special episode of the Ask Sadieâ„¢ show, our resident octogenarian asked readers for advice about how she could deal with her midlife crisis. You should try a radical makeover. When I hit midlife, I dyed my hair, got some tattoos, and dropped 75 pounds. My husband barely recognized me when he returned from overseas. He was not happy with my "new self," so I divorced him rather than change who I'd become. It was the best decision I'd made since I cut my thieving mother out of my life. She and he were always a little too close anyway. - C. Post, Seattle WA. Maybe for my midlife crisis, I'll try oversharing! It seems to make you happy. Advise Sadie at asksadie@rudypark.com.

Caption: Great news! Scientists have cured many, many diseases! They've used new discoveries and innovative techniques to cure inherited liver disease … to cure cardiac disease caused by a formerly fatal genetic disorder … to cure all forms of cancer with no side effects ... and to totally reverse the aging process ... in mice. Oh COME ON!!! When will all this be applicable to humans, Chuck? We asked a scientist, but he just glanced at a tiny hole in the wall and said "Shhh ... there are ears everywhere."

Caption: I've decided I'm going to be positive all the time. What do you mean? Every major religion believes it's possible to speak things into existence. If you say you're a failure, you eventually become a failure. But if you SAY you're a winner over and over again, you can actually talk the universe into believing it. It'll make you a winner no matter how often you go bankrupt. So you agree Trump's going to win?

Caption: When you get to be my age, you start to notice certain patterns in the river of history. You start to notice, for instance, that the winner always loses. What's that mean? Every great power defines itself as the opposite of its main enemy. Once that enemy is defeated, the great power loses its virtues, its unity ... even its identity. The great power then either creates new enemies, or it fades into history. (Yawn) Old people talk a lot. What I'm saying is, you were not my first "Rudy Park," and you will not be my last.

Caption: My new app lets me change my voice to sound like anyone. I can sound like Beyonce … Or Lady Gaga … or Snooki … or … Oh, wait … you wouldn’t know them, would you. I should pick a star from back in your day. … I can sound like Cleopatra. You will when I'm done with you.

Caption: Let's call a truce for the new year. I'm tired of treating you like you're my count Dooku. Your what? My Hannibal Lecter? Your whom? My Khan? My Gargamel? My Lex Luthor? My Goldfinger? My Endora? I have no idea what you're talking about. Just how ancient are you, Dooku? That's personal! On both counts! ... "Both counts"?
