Right … of course, Mark Twain said almost the exact same thing decades before Churchill did. Wait … you mean in order to make a point about the nefarious nature of deceit ... ... Winston Churchill actually plagiarized Mark Twain? Yep. The irony is just breathtaking. Even more so when you realize Mark Twain was operating under an assumed name.
