Caption: Kindly readers, scientific literature has long established that women who spend a lot of time together synchronize their hormonal cycles. I believe I have discovered an analogous phenomenon in men. They too synchronize their cycles. What cycles? Their upgrade cycles! Look carefully, if you will, at the way men who like or work in close quarters seem to develop similar cycles for upgrading phones, televisions and other gadgets. I got a new phone! I got a new butter churn! He's right! Aaaahhh!!!

Caption: Can I ask you something man-to-man? Shoot. Let's say person A developed a crush on person B, who happens to be less productive. Let's say person A then conducted a study that concluded there's a 78.9% chance that such a crush leads to dating, then to cohabitation, and finally to person B becoming a a drain on person A's resources. Hypothetically, what's the best way to get person B to compensate person A for the time I ... he ... spent conducting the study? Very bad man.

Caption: Donald Trump said he'd have run into that school shooting without a gun to stop it. I'm way ahead of you, Randy. I've already developed a first-person shooter based on the Call of Duty engine. You play Trump, all decked out in his usual black suit and red power tie. Video-game Trump has to personally take out all of America's enemies. He's armed with nothing but his uncouth tweets. Game has a bug, though. As soon as it starts, video-game Trump keeps getting deferments because of bone spurs. Call of deferments has a ring to it.

Caption: Greetings from the alternate universe where America lost the revolution. What was that, now? Oh, I see. You're in one of the universes that hasn't yet discovered inter-universal travel. I shall explain … Please do. America lost. In 1833, Britain freed the slaves, one of whom had a daughter who grew up to invent the transistor 90 years earlier than in your universe. We had desktop computers. A moon colony, and the Benjamin Banneker orbiting telescope had identified over 3,000 extrasolar planets, all by 1947. So when the alien ship crashed at Roswell, we all knew it was real, especially since a crumpet farmer named "Mac" Brazel took a selfie amidst the wreckage and uploaded it to Facebloke. Long story short, using the ship's zero-point-energy transdimensional drive tech. We've developed a booming alternate-universe tourism industry. Anyhow, I'll have tea and shepherd's pie, please. That's Monopoly money. No, that monocled man is King Thurston III, our beloved monarch. Nice try.

Caption: If someone winks at you forty or fifty times, are they coming on to you? Yes. But if they wink a lot at YOU it's more likely they've just had a stroke. Or maybe a cerebral hemorrhage. Or they've developed a nervous tic. Could be a gnat flew into their eye. I get the point. I wouldn't rule out an aneurysm.

Caption: I'm tired of being an alt-right internet superstar. It's way too much work now that I've got 48,000 subscribers to my Youtube channel. Since when do you have 48,000 subscribers? Since my debut video detailed how indigenous people from Foreignvania faked the moon landing by using teddy bears and special effects. I developed a unique following that's part racist, part conspiracy-enthusiast, part Photoshop user, and part Care Bear fanatic. Yeah ... I'm tired just listening to that. It's getting tough to craft stories that keep them ALL entertained.

Caption: I want to develop a routine. It'll make me more interesting. How so? A person who regularly does the same things at the same time is boring. Either that, or he's establishing an alibi to cover for nefarious deeds he's controlling from a distance using apps on a disposable smartphone. I bet you're wondering what my other hand's doing under this table right now. Never say that sentence again in life.

Caption: This is Randy the Love Doctor? Speaking. What ails you, sister? I spent months mocking this guy, and everyone who likes him ended up resenting me for that. But … but now you've developed feelings for him and you want his people to like you? Um … sure … sort of. Well, the last part, anyway. Well, the first thing you do is ... wait ... is this Secretary Clinton?

Caption: Everything in life is a stepping stone to something better, little buddy. I know exactly what you mean, Randy. It's like when I first played Nintendo's Duck Hunt way back in the nineties. Even then, I knew I was honing my skills for the day when we'd have ultra-realistic first-person shooters like "Call of Duty." ... NOT exactly what I was talking about. I'm thinking of giving motivational speeches.

Caption: Coffee King hired a left-handed busboy. Next thing you know several of our regulars started frequenting the place. Coincidence? Yes. We need our employees to be more uncommon than theirs. Is there anything uncommon about you? I can play the flute with my armpit. How long would it take you to develop a lazy eye.
